Education
William H. Webster graduated from the University of Toledo in 1972 with a Bachelor of Business of Business Administration. In June of 1981, he received a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo. He was in the top 25% of his class.

Work Experience
Bill worked for Ohio Bell Telephone Company during law school as service representative. After law school, he was in the private practice of law until 1987.  From 1987 to 2001, he was a staff attorney with UAW Legal Services representing UAW members and their dependants in the general practice of law. From 2001 until 2003, he was assistant attorney general representing the state of Ohio regarding debts owed to state agencies, specializing in bankruptcy law. In April of 2003, he joined Allotta, Farley & Widman Co., L.P.A.
