Michelle Sullivan

Education
Michelle Sullivan earned her undergraduate degree from Ohio University, graduating cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education in 1994. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1999. While in law school, Michelle was a Production Editor and a published member of the University of Dayton Law Review.

Work Experience
Before attending law school, Michelle worked as a high school English teacher. During law school Michelle served as an extern for Justice Deborah Cook at the Supreme Court of Ohio from January to May of 1998. She began working for Allotta, Farley & Widman Co., L.P.A. as an associate upon her graduation from law school in June 1999. Michelle was named as a partner in the law firm in September 2005. 

Areas of Practice
Workers' Compensation, Labor Relations, Employment Law, Disability (Social Security, PERS, STRS, OP&F) and Personal Injury. Michelle also negotiates collective bargaining agreements and represents employees in arbitrations, civil service and other administrative proceedings.
